WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing Systems) to join our Enterprise Systems team to own and scale critical Marketing technology platforms, with a primary focus on Iterable and TrustArc. This role partners closely with Marketing Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that support Box’s go-to-market strategy.
As a BSA III, you will independently drive medium to high-complexity initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms, and serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You will influence the marketing systems roadmap, balance run-the-business support with strategic initiatives, and ensure solutions align with long-term platform scalability and compliance requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArc
Partner with Marketing Operations, to provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Independently lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
Translate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic, collaborating closely with Engineering and Data teams
Use SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing reporting and segmentation needs
Evaluate current-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable, compliant marketing solutions
