Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet.  Job Description Position Overview The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise applications and business processes within an assigned functional domain. The BSA serves as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, providing functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support to ensure enterprise systems effectively enable business objectives. The BSA works closely with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, coordinating solution delivery, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the successful adoption of new capabilities. In addition to operational support responsibilities, the BSA contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience. Domain Responsibility Summary An HRIT Specialist at Albemarle Corporation is a technology-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative professional responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous optimization of Workday Integrations and related technologies, with a primary focus on inbound and outbound integrations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, owning the full lifecycle of integration development and deployment, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. The HRIT Specialist ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of Workday data through analysis, rationalization, and data governance activities; proactively identifies opportunities for system optimization, automation, and process improvement; assesses the impact of configuration decisions; collaborates closely with HR, IT product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions; resolves system issues and user inquiries; and plays a key role in HR technology projects, strategic initiatives, and ongoing enhancement efforts to maximize the value and effectiveness of the Workday platform.
