What you will do • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C programming. • Customize and enhance standard software products based on business requirements • Analyze complex actuarial mathematical and business problems, especially in the life insurance domain • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, actuarial specialists and domain experts • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices • Participate in code reviews,testing, and deployment processes What we are looking for ➢ Experience (6-11 years): • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)in computer science, Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ development • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Good understanding of software customization and product-based development • Interest or experience in the life insurance domain is highly desirable • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Good communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level • Flexible and adaptable to different technologies, tools, and programming languages based on  evolving projects and business requirements • Willing to travel to client locations as required for project activities, workshops, training  sessions, technical discussions, and business collaboration
