Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at RAYA CX's location in Syndicate of Applicators tower, Abasia, Cairo,The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer service, technical support, and global services to clients across various industries on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus Working Conditions: - A bachelor's degree - Military Status for males - Rotational Shifts - Rotational Days off
