Who you are: The Camp Placement Specialist will be responsible for placing CIEE international camp participants at summer camps in the U.S. in a way that aligns with CIEE's mission and values. The role will take applicants and host camps through the entire process of recruitment, onboarding, placement, pre-departure, and arrival. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent relationship-building and sales/recruitment experience, customer service skills, confidence, and flexibility. A strong camp background, especially with any camp staffing experience, is preferred. The CIEE Camp Counselor program within the Seasonal Exchange programs group allows over 2,500 students and young professionals from around the world to take part in exchange programs at host summer camp organizations across the U.S. each year.
