The Campaign Manager develops media plans for national accounts and drives their execution — from planning and scheduling through production, deployment, social promotion, mid-flight optimization, and post-campaign reporting. The position typically carries five to ten concurrent campaigns across approximately eleven business and legal brands, giving the National Accounts team and its clients a single, dedicated owner for campaign delivery.
This is a fully remote position, but only candidates based on the east coast will be considered for this role.
Duties + Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination and Project Management
Develop media plans for national accounts that meet or exceed client objectives, working with national digital sales representatives, and drive execution of those plans through launch, delivery, and reporting.
Project manage all aspects of campaign launch, management, and reporting across email, cobrands, webinars, display, social, and lead generation.
Maintain the master email and webinar deployment calendar in ClickUp, managing a high-volume, multi-brand, recurring schedule.
Plan and set up campaign measurement before launch, including UTM naming conventions, GA4 event and conversion configuration, and ad server tagging and quality assurance.
Production and Deployment
Manage client creative through the production process.
Build and produce cobrand emails in Act-On, including hands-on work with basic HTML.
Coordinate deployment timing and resolve scheduling conflicts in accordance with established scheduling rules, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Coordinate social media activity, aligning webinar social posts with email sends.
Measurement, Reporting, and Analysis
Monitor campaign performance, tracking opens, clicks, click-to-open rate, and conversions in TapClicks.
Pull and reconcile performance data from GA4, ad servers, and email platforms, and analyze results against campaign goals.
Compile post-campaign reports and translate results into clear, practical recommendations for sales and clients.
Determine what changes are needed when a campaign is not performing to plan, make decisions and recommendations on the approach, present them to the sales representative and client for feedback, adjust as needed, and execute the revised plan.
Provide ad hoc sales-analytics support, fielding fast-turnaround data requests such as estimated impressions, click-through rates, and open rates to support client proposals.

Skills + Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or digital campaign coordination.
Experience planning and setting up campaign measurement across platforms, including UTM naming, GA4 event and conversion setup, and ad server tagging and quality assurance.
