Educational Attainment:
At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of overall BPO experience and at least 1 year of experience as an SME, QA, or Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
