Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Freehold is looking for enthusiastic Cashiers / Team Members to join our team! As a Cashier, you’ll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You’ll play an important role in creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere Freddy’s is known for while providing excellent hospitality and ensuring every guest has a great experience. What You’ll Do Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Provide outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Operate the cash register and process customer payments Answer questions about menu items and assist guests with their selections Prepare and serve food and frozen custard according to Freddy’s standards Keep the dining room, counter, and work areas clean and organized Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members Work closely with other team members to provide fast and friendly service Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Help ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Freddy’s What We’re Looking For We’re looking for team members who are: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented Must be 18 years or older Reliable and dependable Positive and energetic Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers Team players who enjoy working with others Willing to learn and take direction Able to maintain a positive attitude during busy periods Restaurant, cashier, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
