Work with the Central Gaming team on the roadmap, launch dates, and lobby placement Localise smartly, pick the right games and versions for each market and device Talk to suppliers/external partners: share our needs, chase deliverables, and push for exclusive content Link up Design, CRM, VIP, CS, Payments/Risk, Tech, and BI so daily ops run smoothly Follow the rules per country and update game content when regulations change Send daily/weekly/monthly numbers with a short what it means/what we do next. Fix issues fast: log problems, follow up with partners, and close the loop Watch competitors, note whats working for them and suggest simple tests we can try.
