The opportunity You'll work directly with C-levels and leadership as their right hand on Homa's most important and most confidential topics. There's no shadow work: you'll own missions from the first question to the final result, often with very short deadlines. You will develop a 360° understanding of Homa from the very top, seeing how strategic decisions are made and executed across the company, while building your analytical, project management, and communication skills. Based on your strengths and business needs, you will take on increasing responsibility with direct guidance from the executive team. What you'll do Prepare decisions. Structure problems, gather facts, and build the analysis the C-level team needs to decide quickly. Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and financial or quantitative analyses on strategic topics. Drive executive priorities. Turn leadership decisions into action plans, follow up across teams, and make sure things actually get done. Automate. Use AI to speed up executive workflows, from research and reporting to meeting preparation. Special projects. Take on high-stakes missions as they come up, such as new market opportunities, partnerships, or internal transformations. Recommend.
