The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in patient care. By ensuring medications are prepared, labeled, packaged, and delivered accurately, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time — safely and compliantly.

Enables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care
Maintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations
Strengthens a patient‑first, clinician‑led organization
While patients may never see this work directly, they feel its impact every day.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Perform pharmacy technical and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist
Prepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit‑dose, and prepackaged medications
Generate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment
Enter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems
Generate labels, pick lists, and packages in accordance with dispensing orders
Coordinate with intake and billing teams to ensure insurance authorization prior to shipment
Communicate shipment details with field staff and managers to ensure accurate delivery
Receive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries
Monitor outbound shipments to confirm delivery and file documentation accurately
Perform and document quality assurance activities
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces
Manage inventory levels, rotation, and returns in alignment with company goals
