Certinia (FinancialForce) Salesforce Developer/AdministratorJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Salesforce Developer & Administrator  to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our  new Certinia implementation for Professional Services  within our Salesforce org. The ideal candidate will be involved from the  ground up — starting from implementation through post-go-live enhancements  — and will serve as a key technical resource throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Implementation Phase Actively participate in the  end-to-end implementation of Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA)  and related modules on the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform  system configuration , including but not limited to: project management, resource management, time & expense, billing, and revenue recognition modules within Certinia. Design and develop  custom solutions  using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce development tools to extend Certinia functionality. Build and manage  data migration  strategies, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into the new Certinia instance. Develop and execute  integration solutions  between Certinia and other internal/external systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Support  User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , System Integration Testing (SIT), and defect resolution during the implementation cycle. Post Go-Live & Ongoing Operations Provide  post-go-live support , including bug fixes, performance tuning, and user support during the stabilization period. Drive  continuous improvement  by identifying enhancement opportunities, gathering user feedback, and delivering iterative releases. Perform ongoing  Salesforce and Certinia administration , including user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and page layouts. Manage  release and deployment processes  using tools such as Salesforce Change Sets, SFDX, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools. Create and maintain  technical documentation , including solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks. Monitor system health,  troubleshoot issues , and ensure platform stability and scalability. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Salesforce Development:  Strong proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Queueable), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and  Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Salesforce Administration:  Expert-level knowledge of declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects/Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, and Lightning App Builder.
