Charge Nurse

A global company operating nephrology clinic. Location Hong Kong Report to Medical Director Responsibilities To be in charge of the everyday running of the dialysis centre. Supervise the equipment checking and equipment maintenance. Supervise the clinical performance of the staff. Organize training for the staff. Handle complaints and to refer to the medical director if necessary. Liaise with the Medical Director and hold meetings with the Medical Director. Liaise with other dialysis centres for co-operation through the Hong Kong Renal Dialysis Liaison Group. Liaise with the Department of Health and to comply with their requirement. Order consumables and to handle the maintenance work of the Centre. Consider applying for the PPP-HD scheme. Other tasks that are allotted by management. Requirements Registered Nurse. At least 10 years experience working in renal units. Completed renal course training approved by the Hong Kong College of Physicians. Able to liaise, co-operate and negotiate with the Office of the Private Healthcare Facilities, Department of Health. To be able to liaise with other dialysis centres through the Hong Kong Dialysis Centres Liaison Group. To be able to communicate with nephrologists through the Hong Kong Nephrology Group.
