You will have the chance to improve business decisions and performance by providing fact-based and timely financial insights for both cost as well as internal cost allocations and working on end-to-end digitalization and enhancing the effectiveness of our finance processes. What will you do? As a  Charge Out Controller , you will be a member of the Cost Allocation and Staff Functions Control unit within Finance Business Support. We support the plan-to-perform process and create reports in cooperation with the finance business partners within SF Controlling as well as providing insights to SF cost allocation to business units.  Your tasks and responsibilities:  Support Staff Function Controlling activities, including financial model maintenance, cost control, reporting, and analysis Execute and monitor cost allocation, settlement, and billing processes Maintain financial and cost allocation models Support system and process improvements Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, controllers, and other stakeholders Contribute to digitalization and transformation initiatives Location   Katowice/Poland (hybrid) This is a temporary position currently planned to last until the end of 2027.
