This role is vital to producing quality resins and chemicals used in a variety of sustainable applications, including engineered wood products and industrial solutions.  As a Chemical Operator, you’ll play a critical role in our continuous and batch production processes. You'll operate complex manufacturing equipment, uphold rigorous safety and environmental standards, and help deliver high-quality materials that meet both customer and regulatory specifications. What You’ll Do Health, Safety & Environment (EH&S) Proactively identify and eliminate workplace hazards Adhere to all environmental and safety policies, including use of PPE, respirators, and confined space entry Issue and monitor Safe Work, Hot Work, and Confined Space permits Participate in EH&S audits, training, drills, and incident investigations Maintain excellent housekeeping and emergency preparedness standards Production Operations Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment and control systems Blend tanks, load/unload raw materials and finished products Perform SAP transactions for inventory, production tracking, maintenance notifications Follow SOPs to meet production goals and product specifications Conduct…
