Every great hotel has a great Chief Engineer behind it — someone who knows the building inside and out, leads a team that trusts them, and never lets a preventive maintenance item slip through the cracks. That’s what we’re looking for. As Chief Engineer, you’re responsible for the entire physical operation of the property: every system, every guest room, every capital project. You’ll work directly with the General Manager, partner with corporate on CapEx, and develop an Engineering team that performs at the highest level. If you’re a technical leader who holds their team to a high standard and loves the challenge of keeping a full-service hotel running smoothly, this role is for you.
