The Chief Operating Officer, Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, is the senior executive responsible for leading the operational strategy, performance, and growth of Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, one of The Fedcap Group's largest organizations. Reporting to the President, the COO provides executive leadership across a diverse portfolio of Total Facilities Management operations, revenue-generating and government-funded programs, workforce development initiatives, vocational rehabilitation services, and core operational functions that drive organizational performance while advancing the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.
