Chief Radiologic Technologist (Ayala North Exchange, Makati)

Work Location:  100% Onsite (Ayala North Exchange, Makati) Work Schedule: Shifting Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Licensed Radiologic Technologist Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist This role will supervise the Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray Tech  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care. Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
