Job Details   Job Title: Chiller Operator   Compensation : $22.50/ hr.   Additional Compensation: $1.50/ hr shift differential   Department: Evis   Reports To: Evis Production Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt   Location: Liberty facility   Work Arrangement: On-site   Shift / Schedule: 2 nd shift   Travel Requirements: N /A   Employment Type: Full-time   Role Overview / Purpose and Scope   This role works in a production area processing poultry products and is responsible for operating the chiller, monitoring equipment settings, and supporting safe, efficient production. The position may require working with live poultry, raw product, and/or cooked product in areas such as live hang, evisceration, debone, cut up, marinating, stack off, Polybag, Retail, Warehouse, and other production assignments as needed .   Key Responsibilities   Operate the chiller and support production needs within assigned poultry processing area.   Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and other equipment settings on the chiller.   Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).   Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, and potential hazards.   Follow Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management requirements related to the role.   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.   Participate in Company and department safety programs.   Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
