Civil Quantity Surveyors

Job Position: Civil Quantity Surveyors Work Location: Atyrau (Only Locals) Department: Project Controls Key Responsibilities: Reports To: Project Control Manager  Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works (earthworks, concrete, structural works, infrastructure) Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ) Measure and value work done at site in accordance with contract requirements Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor invoices Manage variation orders, claims, and change requests Maintain accurate records of quantities, measurements, and site progress Coordinate with planning and cost teams for progress and cost reporting Assist procurement team with tender analysis and subcontract evaluations Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in measurement and estimation techniques Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Good understanding of contracts and commercial management High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and coordination skills English (written and spoken) is required.
