As a  Claims Innovation Intern , you'll experience far more than a traditional claims internship. You'll spend time alongside Claims professionals, observe real-world customer interactions, explore field operations, and learn how technology supports the claims process. What You'll Do Shadow Claims professionals across multiple functions and specialties. Observe real-world claim situations and customer interactions in both office and field environments. Gain exposure to auto physical damage, coverage reviews, liability investigations, and Claims technology, including Guidewire. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences. Collaborate on an innovation-focused project with Claims professionals. Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree Majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Interest in business, technology, analytics, customer experience, or insurance.
