Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in Basildon, SS14. Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 8:30pm £13 per hour Core Responsibilities Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system Managing staff rotas for the site, ensuring holiday and sickness is covered Ensure works are delivered to the required standards Complete stock management, documenting quantities and managing order process for stock What are we looking for? Experience managing cleaning teams.
