CLIENT ADVISOR, MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE
Acera Insurance is looking for an ambitious, engaging Client Advisor to join our Motorcycle team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for our motorcycle clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service to our motorcycle clients via phone and in-person;
Provide support and customer service to our sub-brokers;
Handle new motorcycle policies from start to finish;
Assist with the renewals of existing policies;
Complete and mail renewal notices to existing clients;
Ensure all notes are made, accurate and complete in our Broker Management System with each client;
All other duties as assigned by management.

Starting in January 2026
Pay Range : Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $42,500,000 - $47,500 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of level one insurance license, or working toward completion considered an asset;
Post-secondary degree, or equivalent, considered an asset;
Insurance or insurance brokerage experience, considered a strong asset;
Enrollment in CAIB or CIP courses, considered an asset;
