Client Engagement Lead - Financial Institutions

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Lead - Financial Institutions toown the commercial relationship with our banking and insurance clients, acting as the main point of contact between the client and Quento's solution teams. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone who understands the Financial Services industry well, is comfortable operating at both business and technical levels, and knows how to turn client needs into won business. Your responsibilities will entail: Manage and grow a portfolio of Banking and Insurance accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders on the client side; Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying an opportunity through to closing the deal and following up on successful project delivery; Act as a consultant to your clients: understand their business challenges, map them to Quento's capabilities, and propose solutions that genuinely address their needs; Build and maintain structured account plans, working closely with Quento's solution and practice teams to spot high-priority opportunities early and help them mature into real projects; Lead or contribute to RFP and RFI responses, including building the commercial proposal and pricing, and reviewing contracts to make sure risk to Quento is properly managed; Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape in the Financial Services technology market and adjust your approach accordingly; Collaborate across Quento and the wider Qualco Group — including our SAP, ServiceNow, Data & AI, Payments, Core Systems, Digital Services and Cybersecurity practices — to bring the right expertise to each client; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy; Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
