Client Service Specialist

LOCATION : On-site in Pontiac, MI SCHEDULE : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break Looking to make a difference and use your client service skills to assist others? We'll train you for what comes next. As a Call Center Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping answer questions, solve problems and provide support when it's needed most. Through strong communication, attention to detail and a positive attitude, you'll help build trust with our clients while contributing to our mission of making homeownership more accessible across the country.
