POSITION OVERVIEW
**Please note that this role is temporary for 18 months.**
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative, operational, and client service support to ensure an efficient client experience and smooth day-to-day business operations.
You will work closely with internal teams and external clients, coordinating activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business processes in a fast-paced environment. At BDC, you can be yourself at work while contributing to meaningful outcomes for Canadian entrepreneurs.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Deliver timely and professional support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinate administrative and operational activities to support client relationship management and business objectives.
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and data within designated systems and databases.
Prepare, review, and process client-related documentation while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Monitor service requests and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and business correspondence.
Assist with reporting, file management, and operational workflow activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, administrative coordination, banking, financial services, or a related environment.
Experience managing client inquiries and maintaining professional client relationships.
