Position Summary
Interdynamics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership
and oversight for its Outpatient Treatment Services (OTS) Program under contract with the
Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). The Clinical Supervisor is
responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health and
substance use treatment services to justice-involved individuals participating in the program.
The Clinical Supervisor serves as the senior clinical authority for the program and is responsible
for supervising direct service staff, conducting clinical case reviews, ensuring compliance with
treatment standards, and promoting continuous quality improvement. This position plays a
critical role in maintaining the integrity of clinical services by reviewing treatment plans,
approving clinical documentation, facilitating clinical consultations, and ensuring all services are
provided in accordance with ASAM Criteria, HIPAA, and applicable federal and District of
Columbia regulations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical leadership skills, extensive behavioral health
experience, and a demonstrated ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a
commitment to excellence in patient care and program outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership and Oversight
● Serve as the lead clinical authority for the CSOSA OTS Program.
● Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to Case Managers, Substance Abuse
Counselors, and other direct service staff.
● Ensure all treatment services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices
and ASAM Criteria.
● Promote trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to care.
● Facilitate interdisciplinary case staffing meetings and clinical consultations.
● Provide guidance regarding complex cases, participant safety concerns, and crisis
situations.
● Ensure clinical decisions support participant recovery and long-term success.
Clinical Supervision
● Conduct face-to-face supervision sessions with all direct service staff.
● Observe staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
● Complete annual performance evaluations for assigned staff.
● Mentor employees to strengthen clinical competencies and professional development.
● Ensure staff maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education
requirements.
● Develop individualized coaching and improvement plans when necessary.
● Promote a culture of clinical excellence and accountability throughout the program.
Quality Assurance and Documentation Review
