This role bridges clinical strategy, technology enablement, billing operations, and cross-functional governance. You will own critical workstreams to translate clinical care models into functional operational workflows across clinical systems (OneView, CWOW, and the enterprise Epic transition), support establishment of compliant billing and documentation pathways for Fee-For-Service (FFS) care management programs (CCM, PCM, TCM), and partner closely with multidisciplinary teams across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Credentialing, and Clinical Risk. Key Responsibilities 1. DMH & DCC Program Operationalization & Expansion Program Scaling & Execution: Partner with Directors and leadership to shape, refine, and advance operational execution plans, scaling DMH and DCC programs from initial pilot clinics to national scale.
