Position Overview Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer to support the design, development, and implementation of advanced Cyber Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. This position is responsible for developing custom software tools, integrating end-to-end data flows, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and supporting mission-critical cyber operations in accordance with Government engineering and development standards.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain custom software supporting Cyber Network Operations (CNO)
Design and implement end-to-end data flows and tasking within CNO tools and capabilities
Develop software applications using Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python
Develop Windows applications using Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET development environments
Develop UNIX/Linux applications using Makefiles or comparable build environments
Develop embedded and mobile platform applications using proprietary, Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and open-source development environments
Design and implement network socket-based applications and packet-level software
Develop software that interfaces directly with network protocols and communications infrastructure
Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in software architecture, design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with Government software engineering processes
Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to assigned projects and software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate and optimize mission capabilities
Troubleshoot, test, debug, and enhance software applications to improve performance, reliability, and functionality
