Team Building and Management: o Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals aligned with the company's values and culture. o Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best ideas and work together towards common goals. o Provide ongoing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.
