Job Title Collections Analyst Collections Analyst Location: Bangalore / Delhi About the Role Join our global Finance team as a Collections Analyst and play a key role in managing customer accounts across the APAC region. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments, resolve invoice-related queries, improve cash flow, and deliver an excellent customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the APAC region. Conduct collection activities through phone and email communication. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Research and follow up on outstanding invoices and unallocated cash. Apply customer payments accurately within SAP. Provide customers with invoice copies, statements, and payment-related information. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve collection performance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team goals. What We're Looking For Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or a similar Finance role. Experience using SAP HANA, Salesforce, or other ERP systems . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to negotiate professionally and handle customer conversations effectively. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
