The Retail Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer services to all customers who come in to visit our onsite retail store. This role works with direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service; completing transactions in a quick and efficient manner, minimizing delays to customers; developing thorough knowledge of all merchandize carried by Benchmade in the stores, catalogs and websites offering selection guidance to customers.  This position will perform all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assignment by management.  This position is a part-time role. Because the role supports operations during peak weekend periods, availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required. Responsibilities Performs all functions relating to the handling of merchandize or cash in accordance with corporate policy in a timely and customer friendly manner Administers all point of sale opening and closing procedures in accordance with corporate policy Resolves all customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind Resolve customer questions and concerns in a positive, helpful manner. Participate regularly in product knowledge training and be able to communicate features and benefits to all customers Be an accountable face of the company to assist in meeting sales goals.
