People Management Responsibilities: YES Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000 plus incentives Position Summary The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial execution strategy and business performance across an assigned region. This role serves as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Regional VP/GM to execute strategic priorities, drive profitable growth, and ensure best-in-class execution throughout the market. The Commercial Director provides leadership across commercial operations, distributor execution, field sales performance, business development, retail execution, and cross-functional alignment. This individual ensures the region consistently delivers against revenue, distribution, market share, execution, and profitability objectives while developing high-performing teams.
