Advising guests on the selection of à la carte food and beverages Welcoming and looking after guests Daily mise en place and office work Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant Compliance with internal hotel standards Cashier duties (Micros system) Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
