This position is part of the Service Operations Department located in London, ON and will be hybrid. In this role, you will: Cultivate key customer relationships by interpreting their needs and requirements through contract and specification reviews.   Plan successful projects using detailed plans, accurate budgets, and open communication for multiple projects in parallel.  Provide product installation support by reviewing installation documents from customers and present solutions as required, to ensure site readiness for commissioning. Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes and implement corrective actions as required.  Communicate found solutions to internal stakeholders as needed, to drive product improvements.
