Community Access Staff - PCA

Immediate openings to work with seniors and adults with disabilities. All Care Youniversity is seeking Personal Care Assistants & Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. We are looking to fill shifts Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Position starts at $13/hr. and up depending on experience Benefits Paid onboarding and training 401k program PTO (for Full-Time workers) Insurance Mileage Reimbursement Requirements CPR/First Aid Certification. Training will be provided. Must be at least 18 years old High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License No more than 3 points currently on Driver’s License Vehicle required Current automotive insurance Ability to pass background, driving record and healthcare registry checks Willingness to address the personal care needs of individuals, including toileting needs Lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary depending on the client Job Description and Responsibilities MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSPORT CLIENT OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY ON OUTINGS ATLEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK Essential patient care Assisting with patient movement and transport Infection control and prevention Communication Verbal and written Companionship with client Client transportation Other duties as assigned All Care strives to provide THE VERY BEST care to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities in their own home.
