You will guide a small team of employees and volunteers across both Doorways and Moneycare, creating a safe, calm and supportive environment for people seeking help. About the role
As the Community Services Hub Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of Doorways and Moneycare services across the Karratha site. You will lead and support a dedicated team of employees and volunteers, ensuring services are delivered with warmth, professionalism and in line with the Doorways Model of Care and Moneycare practice standards.
You will build strong relationships with Corps Officers, TSA services and local community partners to understand local needs and strengthen collaboration. You will ensure business processes, reporting, WHS requirements and administrative systems are completed accurately and on time. You may also deliver some case work to support community members to identify goals and access appropriate pathways.
This permanent full‑time position sits within the Community Engagement team and reports to the Regional Manager. Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 5 plus a 9% regional allowance uplift.
How you will make an impact
Coordinate the delivery of emergency relief, material aid and financial wellbeing services that provide immediate and practical support to people in need
Lead and support a team of Doorways and Moneycare employees and volunteers to deliver safe, compassionate and person‑centred services
Ensure the site is welcoming, calm and adequately staffed at all times
Build strong relationships with local Corps, TSA services and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and identify opportunities for community support
Coach and guide case workers on complex cases and support best practice service delivery
