You monitor compliance, spot risks before they become problems, investigate issues with a detective’s eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions. You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow‑up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future‑proof.
What you'll be doing:
Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming the requirements in the law sapin II
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Follow-up ISO + Delegation of authorities
Implement different monitoring to comply with AML regulations
🌟 You’re a match Certifications Requirements:
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
Languages: French & English are mandatory. Dutch is a plus.
