Requirements for Construction - Concrete Project Manager - Austin, TX Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and progressive construction management experience will be considered. Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with significant experience managing concrete construction projects. Demonstrated experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, tilt-wall, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, and site concrete operations. Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel. Proven experience administering contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and maintaining profitability. Working knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, education, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Austin area.
