As a Construction Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside our field and operations teams to learn how commercial construction projects are planned, managed, and executed. Interns work directly with Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, and skilled craft professionals while contributing to active construction projects.
This internship is designed to provide exposure to both the physical construction process and the project management responsibilities that ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Interns will develop practical construction knowledge, strengthen leadership skills, and gain insight into the many career paths available within the construction industry.
At Keller, we view our internship program as a pathway to a long-term career. Interns who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn will be considered for future internships and full-time opportunities within our organization.
