Construction Manager, Major Projects Spark Power Corp USA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager, Major Projects who will be accountable for the safe, on-schedule, and on-budget execution of craft construction work across Spark Power's largest high voltage and low voltage programs and projects. This role provides hands-on field leadership of craft construction crews – electricians, powerline technicians, and other skilled trades – directly supervising site superintendents, foremen, and subcontractor crews to ensure work is executed safely, to specification, and in alignment with the overall program plan. Our ideal Construction Manager, Major Projects candidate will work in close, day-to-day partnership with the Program Manager, Major Projects assigned to the same project or program, translating program-level scope, schedule, and commercial requirements into an executable field plan. Provide day-to-day field leadership to site superintendents, foremen, and crew leads, setting daily and weekly work plans and production targets. Ensure craft crews have the tools, materials, drawings, and equipment needed to execute assigned scopes of work without delay. Directly oversee subcontractor craft crews working on the project, holding them to Spark Power's safety, quality, and productivity standards. Do you have the Spark ?
