Your responsibilities at a glance You prepare tenders and organize the procurement processes in a structured manner. You negotiate with subcontractors and are responsible for awarding contracts to individual trades. You actively support construction projects and monitor sites in terms of progress, quality, and workflow. You coordinate all involved trades and ensure smooth construction processes. You plan schedules and keep track of deadlines at all times. You monitor costs and budgets and ensure the project’s economic efficiency. You control the quality of the executed work and ensure compliance with standards. You coordinate closely with architects, authorities, and clients. You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations as well as safety and environmental standards. You document construction progress in a complete and transparent manner. You manage defects and oversee project handovers through to successful completion. You review and manage change orders and ensure transparent handling. Your expertise matters! Our desired profile Completed vocational training or a degree in construction (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, or comparable) Experience in construction management or project management is an advantage Good knowledge of coordinating construction projects and trades Structured and independent way of working Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with construction-specific software Team player with strong communication skills High level of responsibility and organizational skills We take care of you!
