Weston Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to support a runway rehabilitation project at on base. This position is a contingent-to-employee opportunity supporting a critical federal aviation infrastructure program.
The Construction Manager / Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements. This individual will serve as the primary field representative and work closely with the Program Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, client representatives, and project stakeholders to successfully execute the project.
The ideal candidate will possess experience managing airfield, aviation, transportation, heavy civil, military, or other large-scale infrastructure construction projects and demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex field operations in an active airfield environment.

Expected Outcomes:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of field construction activities associated with the runway rehabilitation project.
Direct daily construction operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Interface with military personnel, government representatives, subcontractors, utility providers, and other third parties regarding construction activities.
Review construction specifications, drawings, schedules, and technical documents.
Evaluate constructability of design elements and provide recommendations to improve project execution.
Assist in preparing subcontractor bidder lists and support subcontractor procurement efforts.
Participate in construction bid evaluations and provide recommendations.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to support project milestones and airfield operational requirements.
Review subcontractor schedules, work plans, quality control plans, and safety procedures.
Determine material quantities, coordinate deliveries, and manage equipment and labor resources necessary to perform the work.
Perform daily reporting of labor, equipment, material utilization, and production quantities to support cost and schedule management.
