We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T.   We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager  to lead and oversee construction projects on cellular towers, rooftops, generator installations, and more. Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and cash flow tracking. Proactively identify project risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective action plans as needed. Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide accurate, timely status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, milestones, changes, and expectations. Oversee procurement activities, including material takeoffs, bill of materials (BOM), equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination. Ensure full compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, company policies, and industry regulations. Lead project meetings, fostering accountability, collaboration, and productive problem-solving across all teams.
