Procon seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a high-visibility federal program providing construction management and technical oversight across a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects in Hunstsville, AL. The selected candidate will oversee project planning, design coordination, construction activities, and project execution to ensure successful delivery within established scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This position requires collaboration with government representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support mission-critical projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a long-term, on-site opportunity supporting a critical federal mission.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph required.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex projects, or 7+ years of relevant project management experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated experience developing project management plans, leading multidisciplinary teams of architects and engineers, and monitoring and reporting project progress.
Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse organizations.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, with a solid understanding of standard construction industry practices.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Previous experience supporting new building construction projects is preferred.
