About this Role
Quanta South Region is looking for blended Project Manager and Construction Manager for an on-site leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient production across construction projects in West Texas. This position blends hands-on field leadership with project management discipline and is ideal for someone who understands how work gets built in the field while also recognizing the impact daily decisions have on cost, schedule, manpower, and overall project performance.
This role will work closely with project leadership, superintendents, foremen, craft personnel, subcontractors, and customers to remove obstacles, maintain production momentum, and ensure project commitments are met. Candidates may come from a superintendent, foreman, senior craft, or project management background; the strongest fit will be someone comfortable moving between field execution and project-level planning and decision-making.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day field execution with a strong focus on production, manpower utilization, schedule performance, safety, quality, and meeting project milestones.
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, project managers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to establish daily and weekly priorities and keep crews productive.
Monitor project schedules, short-interval plans, look-ahead activities, labor productivity, and resource requirements; identify constraints and drive corrective action before they impact key milestones.
Maintain awareness of project costs, labor performance, budgets, forecasts, and changes in scope, partnering with project leadership to make informed operational decisions.
