Build homes with less than 2% variance from construction budget. Maintain a 90%+ customer rating score. Update homeowners with clear, weekly updates through construction software. Lead and complete 100% of homeowner orientations with confidence and care. Review and approve all EPOs (Estimating Purchase Orders) within 3 business days.
