About the Role The Consultant is responsible for delivering digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives by combining strong business analysis, techno-functional expertise, and disciplined project execution. This role works closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants to translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery. The Consultant owns the successful execution of assigned projects or work streams across the software delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and business adoption. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional professional with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving business problems using modern technologies including AI, analytics, and automation. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution · Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. · Execute project activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. · Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, product, analytics, and AI teams. · Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items while proactively escalating issues that may impact delivery. · Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile delivery environments. Business Analysis & Solution Design · Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering workshops to understand business objectives and pain points. · Document business requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications. · Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements. · Translate business requirements into clear functional solutions while collaborating with technical teams on implementation. · Support solution validation by ensuring delivered functionality aligns with business expectations.
