The Workday Practice Alpha’s Workday Practice sits within MCO and specializes in Workday implementation, optimization, solution health assessments, release readiness, and Application Management Services (AMS). The practice works closely with Alpha’s broader advisory, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide continuity from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support. The Role Support Workday delivery teams through reporting, baseline configuration, data preparation, testing, documentation, and administrative delivery activities. The Consultant develops hands-on Workday capability while working under the direction of experienced functional and technical leads. What You’ll Do Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, and develop calculated fields based on defined business specifications. Configuration Support: Configure standard business processes, notifications, and other baseline functional components under the guidance of functional leads.
