Sitting within the Commercial Content team, you’ll lead a high-performing team of 50+ members, ensuring product catalogs are accurate, optimized, and ready to convert. This role blends leadership, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and automation to deliver measurable business impact. 🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On: Lead and manage a 50+ member content operations team to deliver high-quality catalog output at scale Oversee end-to-end product content workflows including onboarding, updates, translations, and promotional requests Ensure SLA compliance and optimize case handling performance across content operations Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards to track productivity, turnaround times, and GMV impact Collaborate with merchants and internal commercial teams to align content execution with revenue goals Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability Drive automation initiatives (data scraping, structured catalog uploads, image optimization workflows) to enhance operational efficiency 🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams Deep understanding of content operations, catalog management, or marketplace environments Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong analytical thinking with a performance-driven mindset (SLA, GMV, productivity metrics) Ability to balance merchant expectations with internal operational priorities Process-oriented approach with a passion for automation and continuous improvement ✨ Bonus Points if You Have: Experience building automation tools or working with scraping/image processing workflows Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or high-volume content environments Experience connecting operational performance to revenue metrics (GMV, conversion, sales impact) Inside Snoonu’s Universe Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
